Border Crossing Information for US teams - YOU DO NOT NEED PASSPORTS

DEADLINES:

Early Bird: Before December 1st
Standard: Before January 4th
Late: After January 4th (Call for Availability)

EXCEL REGISTRATION INFO:

This year we will be once again using Excel registration packages to speed up the registration process. Please download the excel file (above) to your computer (open and save to your computer). When you first open the file it may say that it is linked to other files and will ask if you would like to try to update it, just click "don't update". If it asks for a password click "cancel". It will still open. MAC USERS: You may have to copy the pages into a new book to fill them out. Contact us if you are having trouble.

Read the first tab ("How to Register"). Fill out the Registration Form and Team List tabs (yellow) for each team you are registering. Save the file on your computer as the team name with the file extension .xls and then send us an email back to info@cheerexpo.net with the file attached (one team per email please). If you do not receive a confirmation email from our office within 48 hours please contact us at 613-955-8436.

Once we confirm your package is completed properly, send in payment, signed coach statement (at bottom of registration page), and completed waiver forms to complete your registration. Mailing address is:

COACHES MEETING:

There will be a mandatory coaches meeting/social/seminar on Friday evening from 7-9pm. All teams will be checked in at this time and professional development classes will be offered free of charge.

Please use the French Waiver for french speaking members. The English Waiver form is located here and in the excel file.
