Registration Form:

This year we will be using an excel based registration form. Please download and save the form on your computer, fill it out, re-save it, and then email it to bcca.insurance@gmail.com.

When you open the file, it may ask for a password. Just click cancel. It will still open, you jusy won't be able to change certain cells in the document. You can only fill out the sections that you need to fill out.
