Established in 2001, CheerExpo produces exciting competitive cheerleading events that are renowned for being well organized, with on-time scheduling, high production value and bunches of fun! Our flagship event, the CheerExpo National Championship, hosted in partnership with Cheer Nova Scotia, is the largest event in the Atlantic Provinces. The event has been hosted in the beautiful city of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada since 2004...over 20 years! Always on the cutting edge, this highly competitive championship event is a qualifier for some of the most prestigious and sought-after events on the planet.

In 2026, CheerExpo was purchased by Nova Scotia locals Erica Royal and Ashley Astephen. Erica and Ashley have been involved in the Nova Scotia cheer community in many ways for more than 25 years. They are incredibly excited to continue the legacy that Laura Mar began with that very first CheerExpo so many years ago.

Erica and Ashley have also participated in CheerExpo as athletes, coaches, and judges since its inception, making this next chapter especially meaningful.
